Treatment will depend upon the age of kid. If she is below 11 , you need to preserve it. Because the tooth which replaces it will erupt around 11.
But looking at attach pictures it seems it is grossly carious and only treatment is extraction. After extraction, space maintainers may be required.
It's best to consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

Hello... I saw the intraoral picture.. The tooth is grossly decayed..
The treatment is only extraction..
But remember to place space maintainer appliance after extraction to prevent future malocclusion..
Thank you.
Next Steps
I would Suggest to do extraction and place space maintainer
Hello
What is the age of the child ? If she’s around 6.. we need to preserve the tooth till she is 11 years old as it will maintain that space until permanent tooth erupts out .
Hello
The tooth seems to be deeply decayed, but the treatment plan depends on her age.
As the permanent tooth beneath this milk tooth will erupt when she will be 10-11 years old.
