What are exercise for the treatment of OSMF apart from meds. My mouth Opening is 25 mm and I have quit tobacco.

Hello sir,       Hope you are better now. Glad you quit the habit. Please do blow balloons twice daily (20 reps per time).This may help stretching the cheek muscles. Then please insert 10 to 15 icecream sticks into the mouth and hold on to it for sometime. Day by day increase the icecream sticks until your mouth opening is back to normal.

Just try opening your mouth with slight stretch for 6-7 seconds. There can be limited mouth opening. Injections and surgery may be required.
