White pimple on gum
Hi
My 6 years old son is having a small pimple on a gum ...is this ok or need a medication.
He is teething too...

Its an abscess. There must be cavity or trauma to the nearby tooth. It may or may not be painful but draining sinus is not good.

Hi!
That is an abscess. Visit a dentist and he/she will take an X-ray.
If the tooth has encountered any trauma or decay then it has to be addressed accordingly.
Medication is must along with treatment.
