Tooth and Mouth Problems

Sir/mam it is a swelling I am facing this problem from 2 years . It is not continuously paining.it pains periodically please help One request can you give me your mob no. So I can share a problem in full description. Please help

Suffering from moderate osmf, mouth opening 3 cm having lesion on left buccal mucosa (attached in figure). Taking SM fibro and other medication. Doing mouth opening exercise 4/5 times a day..But I'm feeling a very light pain near left chin..is it because of mouth opening exercise? And pls suggest is there something to worry in reference to attached picture..

I have noticed a painless lump type of thing in the inner side of lower lip . Attaching image for reference .Firstly I thought it would have been a chala but it doesn't hurt at all and looks like part same part as of inner part of lip. Pls advice

Hi, My kid is 5.4 years old girl. Her lower centeral incisors fall out a month ago. Now, new teeths are growing in size bigger than old teeths. One of the tooth is growing in the place of lateral incisors which is now shaking. Is this normal ? Anything to be checked ? Please help. I have attached the photo
