Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have this white spot on tongue which gets triggered on eating spicy food and anything hot. I am not an active smoker/drinker. Please suggest I am not a getting a clear diagnosis.

Can you please tell me what is the cost for self ligeting demon braces treatment. And how much time take for my treatment to complete. And after braces treatment how much time after I can go for basel implant. And what was the recovery time form implant. I know I ask lot of question. But i leave in village. Upper front tooth was lost. And adjacent two teeth were damaged. Hence implant with bridge was recommended first. But I felt little uncomfort with temporary bridge. A.) is bridge for all three teeth together is better and safe? or B.) One tooth with crown & Front two teeth a bridge(includes implanted tooth) is better and safe?
