My dentist prescribed tenovate for cheek bite sore ..i have read that tenovate is used to treat external skin disorders is it okay to use it? Will there be any side effects?

Hie ...u can use this tube ....do rinses with cold water .put icecube over cheek bite area it will heal cheek bite without using tube
