Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi sir First of all I have no habits of smoking or chewing tobacco or any thing . But I have white patches and white line left side of the mouth and I consulted dentist and she said this is due to chronic and long-lasting cheek biting due to misaligned teeth and she gave some vitamins and cylate gel and told to do mouth bulge to avoid contact of teeth and cheek . How many days it will take to cure this abnormal tissue and i m scared this will turn into cancer ? And what steps should I take to avoid this chronic biting And today I am facing cheek pain and jaw pain and I don't know whether it's due to that bulge exercise Your suggestions means a lot to me how much time it will take this to turn into cancer ?

I had a glass ionomer filling done on my lower molar as I had an asymptomatic deep cavity. I am supposed to go back to the dentist for a composite filling to be placed over the gic restoration. May I please know the purpose of such a hybrid restoration? Can I leave the gic filling on the tooth without going for the composite over it since the tooth is giving me no trouble anyway? Please help!

I have gaps in my teeth which has increased recently. And i can not go for braces as i am working professional where i need to speak alot in-front of people. I have considered composite or ceramic filling but the dentist told me that my gaps are too much that it can only be reversed with braces .Is there any more option i can go for ?

I have pain in my right or little back side on my tounge as I can see today that there is swelling in side of my tongue like a ball shape small and it is pain ful while swallowing something and when I eat something specie I am getting burning sensation too
