Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi sir i went to hospital for dental Treatment but they are saying to do advance covid test is rat test or advance covid test same?

I am suffering from pain in right side of my face.. i feel the pain is their in upper teeth but sometime it feels it's everywhere in right side of face. i went to dentist and got xray and OPG and dentist told me their is no issue in any teeth and asked me to consult ENT. I went to ENT doctor near my place and i was treated for  neural pain and it did not helped then i was treated for sinus and was asked to get an CT scan done. Today i got my CT scan and it did not show any abnormalities so ENT doctor suggested the neural pain medicine again, along with calcium medicine. Attached is analysis of CT scan. I wanted to know from you all what could be the reason of pain and what should I do next? Thanks

Few days back while chewing i had bit my mucosa, now it has turned into this like a soury tasting pimple like thing, what should i do to get it down? It doesn't hurt but is felt inside mouth and feels weird

2 months ago, one of the lower jaw tooth used to hurt me while eating, but it was really rare. I tried looking for problems in the mirror, but couldn't find any. 1 month ago, one of my tooth started hurting really bad. I was unable to chew food as well. I visited a doctor and she applied pressure from her tools on the same tooth, but it didn't hurt me at all. An x ray was taken and she didn't find any problem. She said that it's not major and it was hurting due to irritation of the gums. Now just few days back, the gum benith the tooth has swollen and now the same doctor is suggesting me to get an RCT. I visited a big hospital as well on the same day and the doctor asked me to take a full teeth xray and said that everything looks fine from xray. But since I have a swollen tooth, I should get RCT. I've read online that not all cracks require an RCT. How do I figure out if RCT is required or not.
