Though the teeth has become loose and after a year or so the permanent tooth will erupt ... however u got to watch out whether the injury has damaged the permanent tooth that is present inside and the gums. If it has it may delay the eruption  or lead to curving of the roots of the teeth
Next Steps
Please consult with a specialist pedodontist for the best opinion
Health Tips
Though the tooth is loose, it can be retain like a space maintainer .. else the other teeth would migrate to the empty space and later on causing alignment /irregular/crowding teeth problems.

Don't worry. Sometimes milk tooth shed early. Wait for few months. If after shedding of milk tooth, permanent tooth doesn't erupt then you should worry about it. Still have queries then please consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

Consult MDS pedodontist for clinical examination and x ray. Deciduous teeth will shed but make sure the permanent teeth are fine.

Deciduous teeth start shedding and permanent teeth start erupting around the age of 5-6 years in the upper front region. It is important for you to get a consult in person with your regular dentist to check if the trauma has caused any problem within the gum or bones. Trauma may cause infection, delay eruption of permanent teeth and cause other issues as well.
Next Steps
please get a consult in person either with your regular family dentist or with a pedodontist.
