Loose gum of premolar's tooth
I poked my premolar's gum with a toothpick. There is no pain in the gum but it got a little loose from one end of tooth and small food particle can be stuck under this.Just want to ask Will it be joined to the tooth by itself. There is no pain and I am daily rinsing it with salt water. It's been one week.

Hello ma'am, Yes,under normal conditions, the gum repairs itself, but  if you have plaque deposits or calculus, then it fails to do so.
Next Steps
Visit a nearby dental clinic and get scaling done. Following which u may expect your gums to be normal again.
Health Tips
Use dental floss if you feel a food debris is stuck.Ask the dentist for a demonstration on using it.
