Hie.. your description needs to be justified with a picture if possible.. need to know the cause behind the Tilly of your face..alongwith some investigations... milk tooth on the others and needs to be removed following the treatment required..

Hello sir. . Retention of baby teeth occurs in many patients... first you need a full mouth OPG done from that we can see the permanent successor is there or not inside...Orthodontic teeth movement will help you to get the proper teeth alignment

Firstly visit some nearby clinic and try to extract the baby tooth, and the loose teeth then see if he says to give ortho treatment for your speech or if it’s skeletal problem that needs some surgery and do send picture of your mouth too for best suggestion
