Hi ... Hope all is well. This problem is called transposition where in the tooth buds have exchanged places while you were a child. Please consult an orthodontist and get your braces done ... This requires braces treatment along with a minor gum surgery to maintain the proper gum levels in the premolar. As it is perfect transposition, u need not worry about the premolar and canines position they can be easily recontoured to give you an amazing smile Dr.Sandhya Orthodontist Chennai
Next Steps
visit an orthodontist.. this needs a lot of expertise

Hey there, It would be helpful if you could provide the info as to what kind of treatment was done one year back. However looking at the images you provided it seems like you need to go for orthodontic treatment for repositioning of teeth and correcting the alignment. There are other cosmetic options as well if you don’t want to go for orthodontic treatment.
Next Steps
Visit a specialist for consultation to discuss treatment options.

Based on the pictures provided it seems you would require re-alignment of your teeth or what we commonly call braces or orthodontic treatment. There are multiple options available such as conventional metal braces or aligners or invisible braces. Difficult to provide you with an ideal treatment plan without seeing you in person and evaluating some radiographs/x rays. Kindly contact your regular family dentist to further diagnose and treat the problem.
