I am 22 and I have Midline Diastema from early childhood and the gap is about 3.6mm
I dont want braces also i dont want any of the procedures which is going to degrade or drill out my original enamel of teeth just like crowning.
Please suggest me procedures which will not drill my original teeth, also cover my gap and during reapplication or reinstalling the procedure after several years will not spoil any enamel of my original teeth.
How about composite bonding, composite laminates ? Will these procedures satisfy my above mentioned criterias?

Hi .... hope all is well. Looking at the space present between your upper front teeth ... the aesthetic look will not be achieved by only a composite fillings. It will look too huge.
There is something like proportions between the upper and lower teeth and between every adjacent teeth. So, a treatment with only composites will make the proportions for a gross toss.
A long term solution will be braces . There are options available like aligners that will allow you to be as comfortable as ever even while wearing them ... no metals, wires and discomfort. Probably the healthiest option in the line of treatment that u can get.
Also after braces u will be given a fixed retainer behind the teeth on the tongue side so that spaces do reopen ... after the space closure ... there is fleshy tissue that runs from the lip onto the gums called Frenum, that has to be repositioned with a minor surgery.

Hey there,
I see that you are concerned about damaging your natural teeth but honestly even composites require maintenance. In your case the gap to be covered is quite alot and will not get you the desired look.
You should either go for orthodontic correction fully or go for some partial movement of teeth so that the gap is reduced to about 2 mm and then go for composites. The size of your teeth seems to be small so if we try to cover 3.5mm in your central incisors it might look a little odd.
Another option would be to get composites on all 4 teeth in a proportion.
You can go for composite restoration for the closure of your midline . But in this case the size of your front two teeth will get broad for some extent.
Hie..
to be honest, the gap which is to be restored is too big for a composite filling to restore just by pasting the material between the central incisors.. you should either go for smile designing... in which one way or the other enamel will be adjusted and the inclination of your teeth will be aligned
Other way is ortho treatment.. u can go for braces with wire or clear aligners... to close the space and aligning of your teeth
If you dont want braces than an another procedure is there to close your space between 2 teeth ( Midline diastema) that is COMPOSITE RESTORATION in which we will close ur gap with this composite teeth colour filling material .
You can go for filling in your diastema with composite filling material. It doesn't not require tooth drilling while providing closure of the diastema.
