Get the reason of bad breath which in your case is gastri regurgitation. Exercise daily. Practice yoga. Avoid spicy food. Avoid too but citrus and lemons. Follow meal timings. Have enough water and good sleep. Visit gastero enterologist if having too much acidity. Maintain good oral hygiene. Brush twice daily. Clean gums, palate, gums and tongue thoroughly. Use mouthwash.
