I had done my RCT 2 years ago and the doctor had put on a metal cap on my molar teeth ..till 2 years I didn't had any problem but today while eating it came out .. I am very worried what can I do now ? Please help

For How long( i.e., for five minutes or 10 minutes) can we apply triamcinolone oromucosal paste at a time and how many times in a day? Can we swallow it?

I had fallen from the scooty 20 days ago with half helmet on and after that consulted with an ENT surgeon and he told no fracture is there and he gave antibiotics & pain relivers for 5 days.It is now 15-20% of the original pain. But for the safety purpose I consulted a dentist 5 days ago, and he recommended for Xray OPG. In that X ray(attached)  a fracture got discovered just below my lower right side of wisdom teeth(this tooth is yet to come out). Dentist sir told that since it is 20 days of trauma now..so it will be quite risky at this time to go for the plate surgery as it will involve pulling out of wisdom teeth and also nerves are involved, so better to keep the mouth tied and have liquid food and least talking for next 30 days. He also checked pain in joints and place where fracture is there and also the orientation of teeths. It was all fine except mouth was opening 60% of full potential. so, doctors what should I do, should I go with the suggested treatment plan w/o surgery?
