Hello,
I am using zerosense toothpaste. Please let me know if i am using it right.. first i apply the paste with my finger from all over the teeth,wait for 4-5 min and then regular brush ( m using water as well) while brushing.and after brushing i did not eat or drink water for 30 min. I have to use water while brushing right?
