White spot in mouth
I have been observing this white small hard substance in buccal mucosa ..If I rub with tongue it's feel hard...It has no pain.. Two to three months ago it grew bit big in size and suddenly vanished...Again after few days it occurred in the same place... I don't take beetel nuts,pan, smokeless tobacco... I quitted 7years ago... Is it a reason for concern?? I am worried... Plz guide me
