Red spot lesions may be a traumatic ulcer or apthous ulcer,or due to smoking ( medically called as nicotina palatinae(smokers palate))
if it persits more than 2 weeks then proper care is needed..if there is any pain then apply dologel CT.... quit smoking if you are smoker...

There is a huge variety of red and white spots depending on different types causes are different so as the treatment. If only spots are there then wait for 2-3 days. May be they will subside by own. If they are bleeding or having pain or any other problem then visit dentist as soon as possible
