Today i saw some white red red spot in my roof of mouth please help i don't know whats the problem..

Hello sir... Red spot lesions may be a traumatic ulcer or apthous ulcer,or due to smoking ( medically called as nicotina palatinae(smokers palate)) if it persits more than 2 weeks then proper care is needed..if there is any pain then apply dologel CT.... quit smoking if you are smoker...

There is a huge variety of red and white spots depending on different types causes are different so as the treatment. If only spots are there then wait for 2-3 days. May be they will subside by own. If they are bleeding or having pain or any other problem then visit dentist as soon as possible

Please elaborate the number of spots.Tell if you have any history of tobacoo.single red spot with no pain doesnt look like any trouble.
