I am worried that are these some big Cavities would I have to get my teeth removed it's making me paranoid

I as such see a small cavity on your lower left 1st molar teeth. It may be cavity or an artifact in your OPG. Please do consult a dentist in clinic and let them have a look at it. If you referring to dark spots above your upper incisors and molars as big cavities, then they are not cavities, but they are normal anatomical structures. Since you say you are Getting paranoid, it is better for you to visit a dentist in clinic and clear your doubts.
