Small white bumps in inner cheeks can be because of lots of reasons. Sometimes it is a normal finding too. Though about the bumps in the lateral part of the tongue seems more of indentation of the teeth over the tongue. It is best to visit a dentist near you for proper history and clinical evaluation to reach a definitive diagnosis.
Give proper history.
Since when you have this?
Is it painful/painless?
Do you have any habits?
Do you have any medical condition?
In picture they seem to be normal papillae of tongue.
Next Steps
Visit dentist for clinical examination.
Nothing clear from image.
Hi!
Photo is not clear.
*Still white bumps in both sides of cheek- if you meant by a while line front to back of the cheek then it's mostly because of cheek bite- which is normal.
*Red patch of roof of the mouth- need photo.
*Bumps on side of the tongue - mostly due to close contact with teeth which is very common.
Above mentioned are not confirmed till a clear photo.
Please do mention if there is any pain or increase in size of the bumps/ patches.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist to have a clear opinion by clinical examination. Take care.
