Health Tips
Rinse mouth after every meal ,use tongue cleaner to prevent staining and increase water intake

It looks generally normal. There is yellowish coating in mid can be due to poor oral hygiene ,food debris , smoking. If you notice pain, burning, persistent coating (not improving after cleaning), bleeding spots, or difficulty eating/speaking, it’s best to consult a dentist
Next Steps
Brush your tongue gently with a tongue cleaner. Drink enough water. Reduce smoking, alcohol, or very strong tea/coffee if applicable. Maintain good oral hygiene.
