My lower teeth are feeling Sensation all the time, i don't drink too hot too cold water, No Citrix fruits, still my teeths I feel to grind them, and it has been Decaying as well. Kindly suggest.

Hello age 32 Root canal for wisdom tooth 1 tooth done with crown cap 7 months ago but pain lot started don't know why since 5 days . When taken tablet temporary relief giving again same pain unable to bite for even small rice eating also pls reply what is possibility and further steps what I need to tell my dentist Tomorrow planning for dentist visit who done crown place and RCT 7 months ago .it's a DEntal trust center charity trust pls advice
