Tooth and Mouth Problems

My daughters new teeths r coming but one teeth comes behind the old one and old one is not moving what should i do

I am on orthodontic treatment about 2 year 5 month's still now my orthodontic treatment not yet completed.now my face symmetry gone worse.I have uploaded the picture,it's not right,one side space not closed till now. after tightening my braces jaw area and ear also started paining too much. What should I do?now lower jaw portion is gone worse. kindly answer

1.5 months ago my lower left 1st premolar started to move a bit & after few days, my right one also. When i chew smthing hard with lower front teeth, it feels like they've come out a bit &  go back to normal after smtime. I also developed sensitivity while eating anything ( eg roti ). One Dr gave me Zuflo Oz which reduced sensitivity. I have small white spots on gums (no pain/irritation on them) which Drs. told me not to worry about. I have plaque & tartar on my tooth since they grew. No bleeding from gums, unless brushed with  tight bristles. I consulted a few doctors, 2 Drs said i have pyorrhea & 1 Dr said there is bone loss in my teeth and laser is also needed.  While the other said there is no bone loss, only scaling & polishing is needed & then i need to care of my teeth. Drs r charging 55-6500 for treatment. I'm confused. My worst fear is loosing tooth.I want to take opinions of other Drs. here on practo. Pls suggest. I have attached x-ray & prescription here. Hello doctor, I have been taking orthodontics (brackets) treatment from xyz dental college from the past 3.5 years.The treatment is delayed because of less appointments given by the dental college but my treatment is almost completed it is at the final stage.Is treatment can be continued by other dental clinics if no documents are provided by the previous dentist?

Hey, I had RCT for tooth 4,5,6. Recently i visited my dentist and she told me that in tooth 4 there is infection and in tooth 6 we need to onlay. So my questions are. 1. Does tooth 4 and 5 both have infections and does both require Re-RCT? 2. Can we have crown in place of onlay on teeth 6. Please guide me in detail. It'll be too helpful for me. I'm also attaching X-Rays

Due to wisdom tooth eruption, I am having acute pain in my mouth including jaw , teeth and head. Also, there is wound kind of inside the mouth and swelling on the wisdom tooth side of the face . I am taking amoxy 500 tablet along with paracetamol (with doctors advice), but no results. I also applied hexigel on the wound area. Pain is severe and unbearable sometimes. I am a mother of 5 months old child who is completely on breastfeeding. What medicines can I take to get rid of the pain and swelling ?

I visited my nearby dentist, I had rct few months back. Now she told me that there is infection in tooth 4 and 6. And there is muscle loss. Now we have to do onlay in tooth 6 and Re-rct in tooth 4. And there is no guarantee that it'll work. For a month they will monitor and after that if it won't work they have to do tooth implant. So, my question is please guide me what should i do now. And what can be the best option regarding this. I'm also attatching my CT,X-Rays.

My doctor made my front tooth extremely small to fix the zirconia crown. But I was not happy with the crown results and consulted other doctor. She told me that the tooth has been shaved extremely small and that my previous doctor has ruined my case. It has only to be shaved a little to fix the crown however previous doctor shaved it extremely small. Currently, shaved tooth is hidden with temporary crown. What are my options now? Please help. I have done a dental filling a week back. But I still feel pain in the gum area below the teeth. Shall rinsing with betadine help? Or shall I use normal warm water with salt? Your suggestion will be helpful as I am out of town in a place where there are no doctors nearby.

Is there any evidence that removing unerupted impacted wisdom teeth will remove pressure from the jaw joints? Will it cure jaw deviation and jaw popping in any way? Or will it make the problem worse due to prolonged mouth opening for wisdom tooth extraction surgery? Is it worth going for surgical extraction of the wisdom teeth as a cure for TMJ disorder? Or is it not related to TMJ disorder in any way? If the unerupted impacted tooth is not paining or giving problem at the moment, is it worth going for a wisdom tooth removal surgery only for the purpose of curing TMJ?
