Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had my wisdom tooth extracted 2 weeks back. I can see a white lesion on the site. Its not bothering but a very little pain when I touch it. Is it the healing process or something i need to get checked. 2 days got my sutures removed. Doctor said healing is all fine. I am bit concerned, can anyone please advise the further course of action. I am highlighting the lesion in attached photo

As I'm suffering from face pain .doctor suggested to remove all 4 third molar..but why ...my be left lower have cyst so shud be removed why all other 3 ..can anyone explaine doctor ??

I have teeth in front side and two teeths,what I want to doctor i already done braces nothing improved so please suggest some other method to revover

My lower first molar had a deep cavity which was filled with composite filling a month ago. I have been feeling pain while biting down since then. The pain has improved but even after a month I am feeling slight pain while biting down. I am breastfeeding mother of 1.5 month old baby ,I had my wisdom teeth removal 10 days back ,I still had pain in gums nd near ear.can I apply clove oil on my lower gum rather than taking pcm again nd again .

My 2nd molar teeth (upper) as well as wisdom teeth is protruding a lot.. and this 2nd molar is hitting and constantly in touch with my cheek (Stensen duct opening also) and when I touch the Stensen duct opening with my tongue , I could feel a tiny (very small) bump type although it's not paining... I have also had parotid gland swelling while eating.. is it because of the protruding 2nd molar tooth?

Doctors ,_How to have white teeth ? which look beautiful . i am using brushing . But still i want my teeth to be white like snow
