Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi.. I had four wisdom teeth raised but fortunately there is space for the growth but the muscles in the side of the mouth becomes hindrance between the teeth and it is painful. On consulting the dentist, they told me to remove four wisdome at a time? Can we take four wisdom teeth at a time?

Hello doctor 7 months ago wisdom tooth extracted and root canal done for 4/7th tooth which is very next to wisdom tooth i don't know what is called tooth name doctor said four seven tooth Since 10 days pain is coming unable to chew even rice aswell . When I take ketoral dt and acelofenac pain reducing Hence today went hospital for review xray done and doctor said RCT TOOTH IS clear but in depth little  bone infection having said hence he adviced to use some tablets below Augmentin 625 Acelofenac Ranctac for 3 days If not relieve he said again procedure have to do said like removing cap and clean in depth to bone Is this common to some patients or with tablets it will recover or not pls tell am feeling pain on tooth even when I bite normally aswell pls tell What is best solution Age 32

Age 32 Wisdom tooth extracted same portion right side next to wisdom tooth RCT done and cap placeed 6 monnths ago now pain coming after tablet reducing coming back again My advice is can I remove tooth completely becoz i can't manage pain . Hi.. My sister daughter is 3 months and 4 days old. She has been fuzzy for past a week and keep on chewing her hands a lot these days. On examining her mouth, we could see small white dot like structure om the gums.. Is this mean her first teeth is emerging? Whether it is normal for babies to develop their first teeth around 3 months itself? If so hoe many days will it take for her whole teeth to come out? Attached picture for the same

Heloo sir my mother is 62 years old. She is a diabetic person. Tested her fasting sugar yesterday which was 148. Gave her metronidazole tab 400mg and thermoseal toothpaste as advised by a dental doctor of my area. And also gave her piroxicam injection. But still her teeths pain. Please suggest me best treatment for her so that she can get rid of this problem??
