Tooth and Mouth Problems

Sir i think that i got TMJ ptoblem . tightness in jawa teeth mouth neck .diffulty in chewing and swolling food sir can u help me in finding my problem.

Why are my teeth sensitive? There's: no pain.. but when I have something very cold or Sweet.. it gets very sensitive

I cant open my jaw fully .i cant chew hard food. tightness in my jaw for almost 1 year .sound occur which i chew. feeling like my jaw got dislocate .sir which specialist should i consult pls help me

My father is 63 years old. There is a black soft growth inside the mouth. No pain no irritation. This is not hard. What is this?

My mother is having this single bump (as attached in the photo) on tongue for more than a month it's size decreased but it is not healing completely. While tongue cleaning it is bleeding otherwise not . It has no significant pain also she is able to eat and talk easily..no other symptoms... no history of alcohol , smoking or any tobacco consumption. Is it cancer since it is not healing from one month?

My mother is having this single sore on Tongue (as attached in Photo) for more than a month.Its size is around 0.5 mm and  decreased from beginning but it is not healing completely... Initially it has more pain now the pain reduced significantly.While tongue cleaning it is bleeding otherwise not. She is able to talk and eat easily no significant pain.no other symptoms. No history of alcohol, smoking and tobacco consumption.How it will heal ,? Is it cancer since it is not healing from one month?
