Gingivitis and periodontitis are both conditions that affect the gums and can lead to bleeding gums. While swollen lymph nodes can sometimes be associated with oral infections, it's important to note that there can be various causes of lymph node enlargement, and it's best to consult with a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation and diagnosis. Lymph nodes can become enlarged and tender as part of the body's immune response to an infection or inflammation. In the case of oral infections such as gingivitis or periodontitis, it is possible for nearby lymph nodes, including those in the neck area, to become swollen. However, other factors can also contribute to lymph node enlargement, such as viral or bacterial infections unrelated to the gums. Taking antibiotics like Augmentin can help treat bacterial infections, but it's important to complete the full course of medication as prescribed by your healthcare professional. If your lymph node remains swollen or painful despite the antibiotic treatment, or if you have any concerns, it's advisable to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and guidance. Additionally, maintaining good oral hygiene, including regular brushing and flossing, along with professional dental cleanings, can help improve gum health and reduce the risk of gum disease. If you have concerns about your gum health, it's recommended to consult with a dentist or periodontist who can assess your oral health and provide appropriate treatment and recommendations.

Generally bleeding gums or periodontitis don't cause any lymph nodes swelling There might be some other reason, as your report showed multiple lymph nodes involved You need to get thorough evaluation and diagnosis of the condition Kindly visit nearby dentist for oral cavity check up and if required a physician to rule out underlaying medical condition which may cause such problems Need not to worry or panic but need to be evaluated
