I m having pain in TMJ joint with clicking sound . Having trismus , mouth opening is only 25 mm. From 2 months. Was advised by OMFS , COLD/HOT FOMENTATION, FLEXON MR TAB AND SOFT OCCLUSAL SPLINT . NOT MUCH RELIEF. Consulted ODMR dr he advised prolotherapy. Had taken 1 session 1 week back. Mouth opening improved and clicking sound gone. But now again trismus is there mouth opening decreased ... What to do...

I have 2 rcts side by side, done 6yrs back. Since the last one year, i get frequent infections in those teeth. Twice my dentist tried to resolve with antibiotics. But now that is not an option. A lump with pain has developed in the gums belove those teeth. Xray shows that the RCT is intact and all the roots covered. The dr suggested that RE-RCT will not be successful and should opt for apicoectomy. I am looking for more opinions and a specialist for this procedure. Thank you.

Hello doctor, I noticed a very small black spot on side of left side tongue. Not pain but only very small black spot. When strech by finger it disappears and then come back. No any other symptoms. What should I do??? It is normal or anything serious??? I attach pic of this spot. Please help me doctor
