Tooth and Mouth Problems

Why my left side  under deep  tongue feel hurt. I do not notice anything. What are the reason behind it. Please advice .

My sister had a tooth filling done about 4 years back. Now it is discoloured (turned black) and she was experiencing pain and her jaw had swelled. A doctor said that the filled tooth had cracked and leaked, leading to an infection. The medicines that were prescribed had reduced the pain and swelling. The doctor said my sister needed a root canal treatment. Is root canal necessary or is it enough if the filling alone is changed? What is root canal?

Can unerupted impacted wisdom teeth cause TMJ problems? Like jaw popping and jaw deviation? Will extracting them help in any way?

Is root canal treatment painful? What's the basic procedure for that. How many settings it will take?

There is pain around upper left wisdom tooth. The dentist has suggested extraction of the wisdom tooth with intervention of Dental Surgeon with the opinion that he finds it challenging to extract. Attached Xray please provide second opinion.

Of mine mouth and toungue hygine I do brush 2 time in a day and do paradontox mouthwash 1 time in a day and do tongue cleaning by a back of a tooth brush im sharing u mine toungue pic plz check i don't know what is that side of mine toungue plz check and say it is healthy pink or not

I feel hurt under the left side of the tongue  (third molar area of the teeth ) , i have not seen any ulcer or other abnormal , what is the causes of it and tell me the treatment. Please advice .

My sister us having a small ulcer on the lip since 25 days which is not healing . Not bothering her much . No pain but raised lump . Size 2-3 mm. feels like a small pimple when tongue is rubbed on it .
