Tooth and Mouth Problems

All my lower teeths have unbearable pain sometimes and sometimes it is very normal I'm using sensodyne it gives relief for sometime but again same issue reoccurs

I used to have round solid shape face before. I am having lower jaw pain for 3 years now. No changes her even after seeing many dentists and surgeons. No reason given. Taken cbct and MRI of tmj. I noticed my face shape has changed to very very narrow and thin . I used to have nice round shaped face before. Now I have very narrow shape near the cheeks and it looks very very narrow. Is face shape changing normal? Will it go back to normal old face? I have constant pain in the lower jaw under ear area and mandible end. Face shape changed immediately after few months of this pain. It stays the same. Tried different medicines and treatments.  Nothing helped so far. I have pain in right side lower jaw.  I am not chewing on this side since 3 years..chewing hurts too. I can't chew on any solid foods. Is there a chance to get back the  face shape normal with jaw pain?

I had a front tooth discoloration issue. After that I went to sabka dentist for the correction. They told me that you will have to get root canal and zirconia crown. The doctors gave me two option: value and premium and told me that results are almost similar in both the cases however premium one will have 10years warranty and the value one with 5.5yrs warranty. So I decided to go with the value one. But now they already made 4 crowns for me, all the crowns looked bulky and shapeless and anyone can figure out that I have a front fake tooth. It's just not matching with my other teeth. Then they are saying that the lab which made the tooth says that it cannot be made thin as it will break. I have already paid them 9000 for the crown. I requested to consult other doctor of sabka dentist who is more experienced. Now that dentist says that you should have taken the premium one. Do you think I can get a natural tooth that matches with my other teeth both color and shape wise?

Surgery two months. ( 2 months) ago outer swelling subside I fell my one  jaw which is surgery seems to shifted out but i feel little better now my opening no 2 finger is this normal for inflammation or what or guide me. I have done my surgery on vellor that's why asking to you their is no grafting only surgery my outer swelling almost gone but feel inside cheek doctor said on time of coming it's healing process bone deposit swelling

Recent surgery 2 months my wisdom tooth 🦷 tooth with a tooth tumur or cyst bone remove mandible seems shifted is this due to inflammation or something else advise me

Respected Sir or mam Im nri Indian Guy living in Abroad mostly I take lots of care. Of mine mouth and toungue hygine I do brush 2 time in a day and do paradontox mouthwash 1 time in a day and do tongue cleaning by a back of a tooth brush im sharing u mine toungue pic plz check i don't know what is that side of mine toungue plz check and say it is healthy pink or not

I noticed some blister kind of spot on top of my tongue. Been there for many months now. Attaching one Google picture which shows similar thing which I have..but mine is on top of the tongue. But that's the same thing like straight erected blister thing. What to do about this. I also have burning tongue.

I have some white thing on my tongue. it's been same size for many months now. noticed this last year. same size. hurts if I touch or rub with fingers. always erected straight and skin just attached to the tongue. it's white in color like white color round at the bottom of that blister and on top of it is pinkish white color. what to do for this? is this something serious? I have chronic jaw and tooth pain for 3 years for which I had several dental work. no relief though. then noticed this tongue blister. don't know how it's formed. Any thoughts on this please. what to do for this? it's so tiny and hurts very sore if I touch. I tried to prick it out but I couldn't.

I am a 36 year old woman, over the last few days I noticed a black spot on my gum , please do help me understand what it is, it doesn't hurt, pic attached
