Hi doctor I am attaching my xray report . Would you please let me know your observations. Is there any cavity In left side premoral I had mercury based filling in that 20 years back. Is there any cavity in that as well.

Seems normal until you have any symptoms of pain, sensitivity or any discomfort with the feeling and/or the related tooth General mild bone recession can be observed in OPG Get your periodontal status reviewed with your dentist You may have some food lodgement problems, gargle copiously after food intake

Kindly let me know if you have any food deposition in the premolar region. In the molar there seems to be a layer of radiolucency beneath the amalgam filling (Mercury based filling). It's better to get the filling removed and get a new filling done.
