That v shaped thing which you see is quite normal it’s your bone nothing to be worried about. Your wisdom tooth on the left side needs your attention. It would best if you visit a dentist.

Dear madam. As per the xray it is the wisdom tooth and few other teeth that needs attention. It would be better to get a t checked and treated. Hope this helped

It’s your collar bone ( hyoid bone ).
And your wisdom teeth in the lower jaw ( last teeth ) needs treatment. Your left side teeth has a cyst which needs immediate consultation and your right side too Looks like it is hitting the bone. The upper wisdom teeth are fully erupted and you should form an option after clinical approval from a dentist.

The V Shape which you see on both sides is the hyoid bone which is normal and it’s the part of our bone.
The current problem which I can see in your x ray is both your lower molars are impacted, and the left lower molar has a cyst so better remove the teeth as soon as possible.
