Hi Dr. I have attached a picture of my OPG on the left side below the tooth. I see something on the third teeth from the corner on the lower side of the job from the left side. I see some kind of white blurred out area. What could it possibly be? I have a lot of dental filling on that particular tooth. Please reply respected Dr.

Dear Practo user ,
Your OPG appears normal; however, your right lower third molar is slightly misaligned, with its root tip positioned close to the nerve. This may cause discomfort while chewing.
You may consult a nearby maxillofacial surgeon for evaluation and possible extraction. Since you haven’t reported any symptoms, it is not a major concern, and your OPG remains normal.
