Physical examination is important. If tooth is tender on percussion then we decide. Opg is a two dimensional image of a three dimensional tooth . We examine a lot of things in oral cavity then we come to a conclusion what to do.

Hi from the opg attached the lower right molar even though root canal treated , shows signs of infection. Clinical evaluation required for the same to check if the tooth is symptomatic. If so re treatment needs to be considered. The upper two premolars which are root canal treated look good but needs to be capped. The adjacent space with the missing tooth can be utilised as well and maybe a cantilever bridge can be done in that region or an implant and two crowns on the premolars. The upper wisdom tooth on the extreme left is drifting down also called supraeruption as the antagonist/ opposing tooth is not there. Get a consult and get that extracted. Otherwise some generalised spacing present.
Next Steps
Kindly visit a dentist and get a thorough clinical examination.

Hi Right lower teeth in  which  RCT is already done seems to be infected, missing teeth on the right upper side should be addressed. Physical examination and evaluation needed.
