Hello,
The extraction would mainly depend upon whether you have any symptoms.
Symptoms could range from pain, swelling, food lodgement, decay, sensitivity, malalignment issues.
If you have any of these symptoms, get it extracted.
If not, keep an eye on the above mentioned symptoms.

The wisdom teeth as seen in the Xray are deeply impacted and close to the nerve supplying the lower jaw.
If they are symptomatic ,there is no indication to remove them.
If persisting issues then a CBCT is advised before removal to see the exact location and proximity of nerve canal to the teeth.
If too close ,then coronectomy is advised, which is removing just the crown ,to prevent any damage to the nerve.
Hope that helps!
If it's creating any problem such as pain , presure or discomfort then it's must to be removed . You can let it be if it's not bothering for the time being but it will create cavity in the adjacent tooth to which it's tilted .
