Hi - My 3 year old kid while playing fell down on his front teeth so those small teeths got half slash broken and ruptured, no swelling/eating/sleeping fine but saying pain as gum/skin below that teeth is bit hanging and when it gets touched seems to be paining. Any ointment or lotion please so that to relieve pain/cure that sensitive skin area?

Shall I stop apply Rexidin M forte gel 15 g to tooth extraction site on my own? My doctor didn't said how many days should be applied.
