Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am having mild right jaw pain. A teeth is also feeling sensetive when drinking normal water. Its hapening from last 2 days. What should I do now?

My lower first molar had a deep cavity which was filled with composite filling a month ago. I have been feeling pain while biting down since then. The pain has improved but even after a month I am feeling slight pain while biting down. When will I feel normal, Should I go for refilling and will I lose more part of my tooth after refilling Attaching my xray.

What is that a v shaped  on both side..is it wisdom tooth???plz help ...pla see my opg xray ..... ..

What are these black spots on this opg. Is this normal? Kindly advise, i am worried to see these spots. Thank you🙏

I am breastfeeding mother of 1.5 month old baby ,I had my wisdom teeth removal 10 days back ,I still had pain in gums nd near ear.can I apply clove oil on my lower gum rather than taking pcm again nd again .

My 2nd molar teeth (upper) as well as wisdom teeth is protruding a lot.. and this 2nd molar is hitting and constantly in touch with my cheek (Stensen duct opening also) and when I touch the Stensen duct opening with my tongue , I could feel a tiny (very small) bump type although it's not paining... I have also had parotid gland swelling while eating.. is it because of the protruding 2nd molar tooth?

Had my root canal on Monday eve.yest there was minimum pain in injection site(local anas)today it is increased more is it normal or need evaluation?
