Tooth and Mouth Problems

It's nearly 3 months after extraction of wisdom tooth wound site healed properly but have tenderness at chin since 10 days.. Why it's happening is there infection which has occurred at chin?

Hello sir/mam I am having a small white dot on side of my tongue and it is present from last 10 days. Attaching the picture here . I chew pan masala sometimes so is this the starting of leukoplakia. Very much worried please help.

Hi Today I had a tooth a tooth extraction but due to the damaged tooth the fragment part of the root was not getting out by normal instrument. Next day a surgeon will come to do dilation, i am bit scared as this was my first extraction. What is dilation for tooth?

When setting my permanent crown my dentist said if it comes out get it fixed by anyone within 24 hours . Will they come so easily ? Or they did any wrong with cap because even after cap food is logging and tooth is paining ?

Hi- i recently got my bottom wisdom tooth removed in December-22 and now food is getting stuck in upper side tooth just above the removed wisdom teeth area. While there is no dental issue but gums in that area is getting swollen. Please suggest if there is any permanent solution to this problem or only floss and regular rinse will help. Thank you.
