I got dashed in an wooden cot 16 teeth fell out when I go out all are making fun of me is there any solution for this

I got removed lower wisdom tooth 2 months ago, but still I have pain in chin.. So i went to dentist and he said extraction site healing and neglecting chin pain.. I still have pain in chin how to resolve this?

Distance between my upper lip and nose is very small. Is there any surgical or on skin procedure to increase philtrum length?

Whenever I eat something sweet or drink something cold I face a severe pain in my molars. Please suggest what can be the action taken for that.

I have 2 rcts side by side, done 6yrs back. Since the last one year, i get frequent infections in those teeth. Twice my dentist tried to resolve with antibiotics. But now that is not an option. A lump with pain has developed in the gums belove those teeth. Xray shows that the RCT is intact and all the roots covered. The dr suggested that RE-RCT will not be successful and should opt for apicoectomy. I am looking for more opinions and a specialist for this procedure. Thank you.

Hello doctor, I noticed a very small black spot on side of left side tongue. Not pain but only very small black spot. When strech by finger it disappears and then come back. No any other symptoms. Doctors, 1:- are toothpaste and flossing necessary or not for dentures ? 2:- if someone has no teeths then is brushing and toothpaste must be use or not  Or only brushing is ok ? 3:- if tooth break of adult person for example half tooth or third part of tooth  will it grow back or not ?
