My dentist said that she need to shave my gingival because it's is enlarged but it's normal I think . I am attaching some images plz tell me do I need that treatment .

My daughter lost her both front teeth before more than 6 months and they are not coming again. I can see and feel some hardness of tooth there in gums but they are not coming out. How many more days to get them? Or any problem I have to be afraid of? She is 6 years old and healthy.

It is 22 days after wisdom tooth extraction as I spit leads pain in jaw (lower side) which is not continuous and tooth extraction took around 1 hour., so dentist asked to go for ent specialist and he checked said that dont worry much about the pain.. But i still have same pain. He prescribed paracetamol tablets. But i don't feel satisfactory.
