Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi, There are white bumps on the left side of the jaw opening. They are not disappearing since 1 week over. There is no pain or any kind of swelling. Attached is photo for reference

Observing sore below tongue since 3 days. Slight pain during movement of tongue. Please suggest medicine for that.

My baby girl is 17 months now...she got her 4 sets of teeth that is the central upper incisors and central lower incisors by the age when she was 13 months but after that there was no teeth eruption and few days back I noticed her canine coming for the upper row...wasn't she supposed to get her lateral incisors???should i get a consultantation?Is she having any deficiency?

I have right  lower jaw pain for 3 years. Had MRI and CT of jaw and neck. Different opinions on MRI. #46 was hurting for tapping and biting on it,pressing, touching with tongue. Had RCT several times and no relief. Cone beam scans were normal.Extracted that tooth in July 2022 because of the constant pain in the jaw and the tooth. Tooth was found infected when they pull out. But jaw pain persist and same symptoms till now. 46 tooth socket hurts and gum too. I had 2 upper wisdom tooth when this pain started. Ext right wisdom in 2020 after this pain started. I have one remaining wisdom left upper. I have tried mouth guard, NTI splint. Nothing helped. Constant pain in the lower jaw under ear area My face shape has changed so much in these three years after this pain. It has become very narrow and thin. It becomes narrow in the cheek area. I am completely on soft diet since 2020 as I can't chew on food with this pain. Does face shape change with jaw pain? What should be done for this?
