Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have 2 rcts side by side, done 6yrs back. Since the last one year, i get frequent infections in those teeth. Twice my dentist tried to resolve with antibiotics. But now that is not an option. A lump with pain has developed in the gums belove those teeth. Xray shows that the RCT is intact and all the roots covered. The dr suggested that RE-RCT will not be successful and should opt for apicoectomy. I am looking for more opinions and a specialist for this procedure. Thank you.

Hello doctor, I noticed a very small black spot on side of left side tongue. Not pain but only very small black spot. When strech by finger it disappears and then come back. No any other symptoms. What should I do??? It is normal or anything serious??? I attach pic of this spot. Please help me doctor

Doctors, 1:- are toothpaste and flossing necessary or not for dentures ? 2:- if someone has no teeths then is brushing and toothpaste must be use or not  Or only brushing is ok ? 3:- if tooth break of adult person for example half tooth or third part of tooth  will it grow back or not ?

I am having toothache from last week. It is somewhat mild but very uncomfortable. I am not having any issue with eating or anything but tooth is paining constantly. It is only in my frontal teeth area.

Good Evening, I'm 27 y/o guy, i have a problem of teeth grinding and clenching while I'm sleeping. I feel like my tooth will fall out of mouth it gets so loose after waking up. How do i stop this problem?

I have to get a metal braces for my teeth. But the question is after a 6 months after braces, can I go to other dentist? because I am going to change city. That's why. Will he start the treatment again ?

Doctors , if someone has no teeth then does brushing and teethpaste necessary for gums or one of them ? Or no need brushing and toothpaste for gums who have no teeth ?
