Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have severe lower jaw pain under ear for 3 years now.Taken my and CT of TMJ, neck.Went to dentist for jaw pain in 2020&they found #46 molar hurts for tapping,biting on it.But no pain on that tooth before going to dentist.Had CBCT scans&nothing found.They did RCT to see if it helps.No relief. Same jaw pain and same pressure pain on 46.Had several retreatments on it. It was hurting for any little pressure on it.So extracted the tooth in July 2022. They also suspect this tooth could be causing my jaw pain. But same pain even after ext.I told Dr my pain remains same in jaw. He said it could be dry socket(on day 3 after ext). But my hole wasn't empty&no food debris seen.Took the stitches out.Same pain and they recleaned it few visits. There's white hard bump tiny spot on gums one month after ext. Not sure if I need to get second opinion on it. It's still present.Dr told to leave it. Is it ok to leave it like this? It's so sharp & hurts if I touch it. Is dry socket happen after 5 months?

Hi i am breastfeeding my 4th month baby and today my rct has been done and doctor recommended me Katrol dt i have even taken it also so now i have searched on internet that it can be dangerous for baby now i ak worried why doctor recommended me this if it wasn't safe enough i ak very confused

My 8 yrs daughter having toothache, gum swelling, pain in tooth. She is 37 kg. Dr suggest her to take Augmentin_375 Zerodol_sp Lanspro_30 Zincovit I hv a doubt can children take zerodol sp as it has Aceclofenac 100mg, paracetamol 325 mg, serratiopeptidase15 mg. Plz tell me that the dose is ok

Can I take rice after food extraction surgery. Please suggest. Some people told me that rice is not good after tooth extraction.

3-4 days before suddenly i woke up and found my hand and leg palm itching and my gum swollen little bit, so i thought it is some allergy, so by consulting one of a doctor ,he told me to take levocetirizine and itchy palm wasn't there any more my gum was getting healed but suddenly it because like this after 3 days ... What is going on ?. Is it something serious or i just hit the swollen gum and hot some Sort of infection?

I'm getting some black spot , not totally black but shades of it like grey spot around 4-5 places in my tooth area. How to remove those any medicines or toothpaste i can use for that. As it's not getting removed even though i brush normal only.

Hi I had severe pain in tooth #46 for 2+ years. Had several cone beam CT scan on it&nothing found. But tooth was hurting for tapping and biting pressure on it. So they did root canal&no help. Did retreatment of root canal two times and no relief.pain continues. Constant pain pressure on that tooth even for touching pressing and tapping.I also have lower jaw pain near the ear lobe area in the mandible end for 2+ years now. I went to dentist for jaw pain and he spotted  #46 which hurts for tapping etc during that visit. Then had all dental work on it after. No relief. Had CT and MRI of TMJ too. Constant burning pain in the lower jaw under ear lobe area. I extracted #46 in end of July& Dr said it's infected at the end of tooth and jaw bone. I didn't get bone graft or implant on it yet. I still have pain in that socket gums& same lower jaw pain under ear area. I noticed 2 hard tiny spot like white bump on that socket#46 gums. Had x-ray. Dr said normal. Is that white tiny bump normal?

Today i noticed Dark brown/ Black spot on left lower lip No pain ...at all Is it anything to worry ?? I have send the image .Please check Please answer.i am really worried about this .

Please advise what should be done to turn my yellow teeth to while teeth. For many years I am having this issue.

5 days before my wisdom tooth extraction is done. And still I am am feeling numbness in my tongue after 5 days. What is this issue and how it will be treated. Please help
