Hello the yellowish colour of your teeth attributes to calculus(soft food debri that accumulates and becomes hard) and stains present on the tooth surface. Also your stains look like fluorosis stains. Kindly visit a dentist for a throrough cleaning/scaling after which you can maintain your oral hygiene with good oral hygiene aids and measures.

With toothpaste u can't achieve desired results. U first need to get a thorough cleaning of teeth as there's pyorrhoea present. If not, will exaggerate ur problem later. Secondly u have fluorosis which r intrinsic stains. They can also be treated if u visit a dentist bt not with toothpaste.

Hiii.. These dont get white using a certain toothpaste it is a stain within the tooth. Its flurosis.. It weekens your enamel due course of time. U can go for something like smile design% veneers for a good aesthetic result. Before anything else u need to go for scaling( cleaning) of the teeth.

Okay first of all, shame is not the reason why we take care of our body. We take care of it because we deserve to be healthy in every aspect. Your teeth do not have an aesthetic issue, they have a health issue which needs to be tended to. Let us evaluate our habits first, how are your brushing habits? Do you use a mouthwash? Do you floss? Recommendation is brushing twice daily with gentle long strokes, not horizontal. Whitening toothpastes dont work, the colour of the tooth is from within. We brush to remove the debris on the tooth and pastes help collect the debris/plaque into a foam and then it is spit out. That's it. Some whitening toothpastes have bleach in them. Don't do that. It's more harmful than beneficial if done without a professional guidance. Use a mouthwash daily and floss once a week atleast. Now coming to your habits. Do you chew any form of pan masala? Do you smoke? Do you consume excess tea/coffee? These may also be the reasons for the tooth colouration we see. Next cause that can be is fluorosis. A condition that is caused by excess of fluoride in either paste or drinking water. That can be confirmed only by a dentist in a clinic after thorough examination with proper instruments. Coming to what to do. Lets discuss that in the next section.
Next Steps
1. Get a thorough scaling and root planing done at a dental clinic. I guess most of your stains will fade after that. If not the dentist can look for further causes. 2. Consult a dentist at a clinic for the reason of the brown discoloration. 3. Further esthetic treatment after scaling will be planned according to the diagnosis by your dentist.
Health Tips
Do not fall prey to advertisements which claim tooth whitening at home.
