I had mouth ulcer right side cheek little bit big
And I feel swollen lymph in right same side and i think so that and throat side no pain
And no pain in lymph nodes also

Yes mouth ulcer cause lymph node swelling .
as you said their is no pain ,such condition occurs normally .
Chlorehexidine gargle (1:1) ratio tds
It is for immediate relief not a permanent solution.

lymph node swelling is body is reaction to any infection in body so dont worry about swelling, as ulcer reduces lymph nodes swelling should reduce.

Hi mouth ulcer can be of different sizes. Need a clear picture of ulcer so that we can actually see if their is any relation to lymph nodes. Yes their can be a relation to lymphnode swelling if ur a tobacco chewer.
