Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have been suffering from my TMJ Pain since about 10+ years now and I have done everything possible but still I can't get relief from my TMJ pain I am can't sleep at night it is really hard for me chew my food and so on and I just don't know what should I do.

I have jaw tension due to stress .how to releive it ..any medication ?or will dental night guard will help..pls respond .thanks

I am 35 years old male. In October 2021, I underwent "Re-RCT" of my molar tooth that was earlier infected. After the Re-RCT, my condition improved. However, now again I have developed little swelling and pus in the gums below the same molar teeth. I don't have constant pain. But slight tenderness on applying pressure or brushing my teeth near gums. Please find attached the image of X-ray done today and images of my current tooth condition for your reference. Is tooth extraction really required (A dentist said Tooth should be extracted)? Or it can be treated via antibiotics? Or RE-RCT is required again? Please guide

My front tooth started to decay. It has a black dot to its side. Can it be reversed or removed by using some good toothpaste? As it's front tooth, i don't wanna go for making changes in it.

Hello Doctor, I got RCT done for my molar tooth in 2016. In October 2021, I developed little pus in the gums area just below the same tooth. A dentist suggested Re-RCT and then the problem got resolved. Now again after 1 year, I have developed a slight pus & swelling in gums below same tooth. Image is attached for your reference. What should be done? I don't have constant pain. But tenderness & some swelling is there. Please guide 🙏

I am 50 yr old...I did my root canal with the temporary filling...due to some issues I could go for permanent filling and the pain started after 10 days of RCT so I went for re root canal by an endodontist 3 days back...pain was there but still did the permanent filling yesterday...taking those tablets...but the pain is severe...doctor is telling it will be there but I can't touch the teeth and it hurts a lot...pls suggest me what to do next...I am attaching the medicines...can u tell me the medicine as after taking pain killer also pain didn't subside...need help
