Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am seeing this small pink dot in middle of my tongue. I am not feeling any pain or discomfort. When I touched on dot felt like little rough. Is it something I should worry or its normal.

Please help me to know which branch of dentistry deals with crowning. So that wexan connect with you .

I have seen a white thick line inside my right cheek and a white spot above this line.I have no pain,nor any burning sensation. I am not a smoker,not alcoholic not chewing tobacco. Is it anything seriou?Tensed for this white line and the white spot above this line. I have attached the photo.

Hello sir I visited dental area trust center its private trust in Hyderabad for deep cleaning. But on name of deep cleaning they charge me rs 700 but within 10 mins they have done and sent me by just removing some Tartar mostly from front back teeths. So may I know is Tar tar removal also comes under deep clean. Bevoz actually I thought deep cleaning means my all teeths will be white they not done my expectation .so pls tell difference what to do for whitening any liquids or powder is available pls tell atleast I will buy

I have done 10 days ago extraction premolar tooth. The tooth has Healed partial . I have some mild discomfort that's on off . I visited dentist . He check me clinically. Said nothing to worry. It takes time due to , it was peri apical lesion was. He done x ray . Attached . I have marked a red area of radiolucent . I am anxious Is this any foreign body or any food ? .. What is this ???

My cavity filling is paining when chewing hard food like nuts, crispy items. It been a month and my pain doesn't go away. My dentist adjusted height still no luck. She has taken the xray and found nothing. My filling is not at all deep. What could be the reason? I had 2 cavity fillings both have same pain.
