Tooth and Mouth Problems

2 weeks passed only half partial healing  of tooth socket happened ***It was traumatic extraction.due to gross Carries. Peri apical pathology was present . The tooth was no vital from last 4 years .*** What should time taken for full healing.? I am anxious and panic now Symptoms - very mild discomfort X ray attached after 10 days rvg

My teeth are getting yellow and a stone type hard layer seems to be on a few teeth.. I had visited the dentist and he cleaned my teeth but after a few years again the problem is the same... I want to know if there be any other option to Clean teeth and remove the plague.. Any cream, toothpaste, mouthwash or any safe home remedy... My teeth are healthy. I just want them to look good, without any chemical treatment. Please help me out.

I'm having gum swelling from last few days ,I'm taking painkiller to reduce pain and it is also working but after effect of painkiller its same ,while brushing teeth little blood is coming, it will be very helpful if you suggest some cure for this situation like medicine or toothpaste something

Since 2-3 days i have seen a bump in my upper hard palate. Please see the picture with circle, only at that spot its like a slight pea, no pain even when i press it hard, it doesn't feel tender. However a mild ache sensation very very rarely, not pain. I don't eat tobacco, no alcohol, no smoking as well. I don't eat fast foods as well. History of mucocele at the same place in lower lips(inside). 1 year back had upper wisdom tooth extraction on the same side(right). No history of injury to that site. I am scared :(. I had root canal treatment to my upper last teeth but after one hour I got sever pain they removed filling and all pins inserted that are inserted inside and they said extraction is the only way to help with pain, after one day i felt better, yesterday I went to another doctor, they just cleaned and put some medicine inside the tooth and fill with filling and said will see after two days pain is ok will do root canal or pain will continue will have to extract the tooth I'm so scared , they already extracted my right side lower last wisdom tooth which is horizontal due to extreme cavity. Now same right side upper teeth.. There will be no problem no if extraction is done to my eyes or nerves plz help me doctor

I had my 4 premolars extracted. They said its due to overcrowding but now am getting tmj symptoms. I WANT TO REVERSE AND SAVE WHAT'S LEFT. I still have few gaps left in my upper jaw but the lower ones have closed already. Is there a way I can stop the procedure and reopen gaps to some extent by skipping retainers? Can I just fill in the gaps using dental bonding now? Instead of implants. Can this save me from future problems due to extraction?please help
