Hello madam. Unfortunately dental cavities are the only diseases that can't be reversed or self cured. Once it happens. It needs treatment. More you delay it. More would be the treatment needed. So get a treatment done soon . Hope this helped.

It may be tartar or discoloration  and not decay , please visit a dentist to get a consultation and confirm if its tooth decay, if its dental caries it is not reversible by home remedy  or otherwise , you have to get a dental  restoration(filling) done. If its tartar or stain it can be removed by dental scaling procedure. Visit a dentist and get appropriate treatment in time to save yourself from unnecessary pain and increased expenditure in the future. Take care
