Sir people with smoking and alcohol consumption have high risk of infection. So for better results. Stops these habits atleast for two weeks. And  consult your dentist if possible. After third molar extraction pain is common . Not to worry. But your other habits can complicate things. Hope this helped

Hello, first thing you have to do is quit smoking. coming to the ulcer it has to be diagnosed clinically, biopsy might be required to know the type of ulcer.
