Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello doctor! I'm 16 yrs old and i have yellow teeth which looks so bad when I smile also I have brown gums. Whenever I try to shake my teeth, it does shake out , some of my teeth does slightly shakes. I'm really concerned about it. Also someone suggest me to try scaling but I'm afraid as my sister tried it and it results to sensitivity and do pains a lot . What should I do doctor?

Hi Mam. /Sir My dad has severe tooth pain..ne said all tooths have pain because of tooth wear ..he tried all tooth paste suggested by doctor.but not cured.what are the remedies or best paste for tooth wear pain.

Hello doctors. I have attached a photo of my tongue.Is it look normal.I am tensed about the swalloen bumps on left side(foliate papillae).Is it anything to concern.I have no pain,no burning. I am not a smoker,nor alcoholic nor chewing gums. Please tell me the reason of this swallowing.

Since yesterday, I am feeling entire nerve pain starting through my wisdom tooth empty place at top right corner of my mouth. I don't have the whole tooth yet, so seems like pain when tooth is erupting. This nerve is spreading through entire upper half of my teeth line and causing pain in all upper half on right side of mouth. Also, my ear and my right nostril has started paining mildly due to the same pain... I feel it spreading sort of. The head on right is also aching due to the same nerve pain. Due to all this, not able to eat properly and can neither talk or do things with focus without headache. can you help what can be done to numb the pain and help right growth of tooth?
