Gentamicin 80 mg
Does gentamicin 80mg injection twice a day for 7 days with 12 hrs gap between two dosage safe ? I have seen various articles stating it causes kidney damage, hearing loss etc. I am concerned and seek medical advice.

Bhai biomari to batao. Dawa Hawa samajh Kar lijiye. It is safe to have shots like you mentioned but in compromised situations it will never treat your disease . Most of Dental problems need minor surgery. Then medicine will act  . For more visit to my clinic Thanks

Hello 3-5mg/kg/day is ideal for adult .every Allopathic medicines have side effects ,if u take for long term and over dose
