Noise in my left jaw
A weird noise comes from my left jaw when I open my mouth and try to move the jaw from left to right. It doesn't happen on the right jaw. I dont have any pain during this

Dont worry about your weird nose. This thing might be due to fatigue or having some  issue with bones . I recommend you to visit to your dentist and having proper consultation and examination.

Do not move your jaw forcefully over left or right . avoid bite or chew hard materials or food avoid playing sports in which your face is expose or not covered with helmet.
